I am a UKCP registered psychotherapist and have a Diploma and MA in Core Process Psychotherapy from the Karuna Institute. I also have a Diploma in Supervision from the Karuna Institute and some further training in Core Energetics. I am a BFTA recognised Focusing teacher and a Focusing Institute certified trainer. I decided to become a psychotherapist after many years of self-exploration through a variety of approaches, including the ongoing practice of Vipassana meditation. I started practising as a psychotherapist in 1995 and have supervised counsellors and psychotherapists since 2005. I have worked in the voluntary sector for thirty years, with older people, people with disabilities and users of mental health services. I currently work as a counselling supervisor in a mental health organisation.

I have recently moved to Devon from London, where I lived for a long time. I am delighted to be closer to Dartmoor and the sea.

What I offer

• One-to-one ongoing psychotherapy sessions. To find out whether psychotherapy might be for you, you can contact me to arrange a low-cost introductory session.
• Supervision for individuals and small groups. Please contact me if you would like to arrange an introductory meeting.
• Focusing sessions and teaching. Sessions can be one-off, occasional or ongoing, depending on your needs.
