I have worked with people in a wide variety of settings over the past 25 years, bringing this varied and rich experience to my work as a Creative Kinesiologist and LifeTracker.
Following a background in nursing, studying for a Social Sciences degree, working for a small charity supporting long-term unemployed people re-enter the world of work, training in and practicing Psychosynthesis Therapeutic Counselling, I qualified as a Creative Kinesiologist in 2003. I have since gone on to study further in Perceptual Bodywork, and the Native American Medicine Wheel, as well as completing a number of teaching qualifications.
I discovered the delights of kinesiology through seeking allergy testing for my young daughter and studied with Carrie Jost at The School of Creative Kinesiology. I work with clients on an individual basis and have taught foundation level kinesiology within a group setting for a number of years. Having helped to develop the LifeTracking Series, I delight in teaching groups this exciting and empowering approach to personal development and learning kinesiology.
I am driven by my belief that we are all a soul on our own journey, and love the process of journeying alongside clients – both individually and in groups. It is a great honour to me to be able to witness the stories that unfold through this work, and take part in the healing that comes as people feel truly honoured as the unique beings that they are.
